Returns may be considered upon delivery by Zaferlakaz.com and subject to the following conditions:

• the product delivered does not meet the client expectations.

• if the customer notes that the product is damaged at the time of delivery upon verification.

• If there is an out of box failure for a particular product upon testing at time of delivery.

• If there is a mismatch between the product ordered and delivered.

For any of the conditions mentioned above, the customer 

​

• must not accept delivery and immediately return the products to the delivery personnel. 

• understand that the second delivery time will depend on stock availability, and where is stock is available. the products will be delivered within a time frame of 5 working days or upon mutual time agreement with Zaferlakaz.com. 

• After delivery, the customer must notify Zaferlakaz.com as soon as he/she becomes aware of any defect in the operation of a product by calling on 58 94 58 55.  Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product including the following condition: 

  • the customer must bring the defective product to Zaferlakaz.com  at 7 Sir Carles Lees Street, Rose Hill together with the valid Warranty Card Certificate. ​

  • The customer agrees that no third party is allowed to modify or tamper with the product.  Any evidence of tampering will result in breach of the Warranty conditions and Zaferlakaz.com shall have no obligation to accept the product. 

  • The customer must present the sale invoice, and/or the Transaction Receipt along with an Identification document; National Identity card or Passport.
